Personally I quite like the phrase I coined myself '多元菜‘， but it seems "融合式料理" is being used widely. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 days (2009-09-29 20:42:21 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sorry, the repetition of "Son esos platillos que combinan varios tipos de cocina" in my response below wasn't deliberate, my machine went crazy temporarily, and before I knew, the comment was sent and I don't know how to undo it.
