Dutch term (edited):
Hoteschool
Selected
Hotel School
It is a typo: "Hotelschool"

: But the asker may need the explanation in English. In North America it would be the equivalent of a Bachelor's of Commerce with a specialization in the hospitality industry.

On second thoughts, I would rephrase the sentence provided as context as: "I was a graduate of hospitality management...", presuming the person is a graduate of third-level education (e.g. BA, etc.).

hotel and catering school
in the 'hotel schools' they also teach restaurant and catering management and cooking, not only "hotel".

Hotel Management School
Assuming that 'hoteschool' is indeed a typo for 'hotelschool'. See for instance the English version of the website of the 'Hoge Hotelschool Maastricht'.
Maastricht Hotel Management School is a bachelor degree course in hospitality management. Moreover, Maastricht Hotel Management School offers two master's degree courses. On graduation, you can embark on a career as a manager or consultant with hospitality and service organizations such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and congress and conference centers.
