das scheint mir ein Incoterm (Delivery Duty Unpaid) zu sein, siehe auch Wikipedia: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Incoterms

Kannte "DOP" zwar nicht, aber im Link unten wird "DOP" synonym zu dem von mir erwähnten "DDU" verwendet. Könnte hier passen.
