Explanation:
En España también usamos la expresión "(con plaza) en propiedad" cuando se han aprobado unas oposiciones. Se usa en diferentes ámbitos: educación, sanidad, justicia. Quizás "tenured" se asocia más a educación, pero ese es el significado, que puede seguir ocupando dicho puesto hasta la jubilación si quiere y no comete algún desaguisado mayúsculo.
También he encontrado "appointment with tenure" y "tenure with title".
