Noch eine Frage zum gleichen Thema, d.h. wieder so gut wie kein Kontext.....

Es geht um Dachträgersystem, Dachrelings und deren Befestigungen. Dieser Ausdruck befindet sich in einer Tabelle, die die Überschrift "Querträger" trägt. Hat jemand hierzu irgendeine Idee? - Ich bin dankbar für jegliche Hilfestellung!

Ohne den genauen Kontext - der ja bei dir auch nicht vorhanden zu sein scheint - natürlich nicht einfach, aber vom Wort handelt es sich um einen Ring, der verhindert, das etwas heraus- oder nach außen gedrückt wird. Ich würde das einen Sperrring nennen.

Explanation:
Vielleicht auch "Verschlussring", der das Herausrutschen eines Elements verhindert. "Sicherungsring" finde ich noch besser, weil es ja um die Sicherheit im Verkehr geht, wenn man Dachtraegersysteme betrachetet! Ich glaube, das leuchtet ein.
