Εither you let your clients know you've got a "translation" of sorts and let them decide what to do or you: a. translate verbatim: δύνανται να καθορίσουν με όμοια με την παρούσα απόφαση: may be determined through similar to this (ministerial) decision (etc.) or b. you ignore your "source", and render the paragraph exactly the way its content was stipulated in the Directive.
