Vide infra.... Explanation: :) Συγγνώμη, αλλά αυτή την παράγραφο την... ξέρω. ;-) Στα αγγλικά την ξέρω, βέβαια.... 3.When applying the principles, detailed guidelines andrequirements referred to in paragraph 1 to non-commercialclinical trials conducted by researchers without the participationof the pharmaceutical industry, Member States may introduce specific modalities in order to take into account the specificityof these trials as far as Chapters 3 and 4 are concerned -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 50 mins (2008-09-08 22:38:44 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Και ξανακολλάω γιατί οι λέξεις είναι κάπως... 3.When applying the principles, detailed guidelines and requirements referred to in paragraph 1 to non-commercial clinical trials conducted by researchers without the participation of the pharmaceutical industry, Member States may introduce specific modalities in order to take into account the specificityof these trials as far as Chapters 3 and 4 are concerned. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 51 mins (2008-09-08 22:39:45 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Απλώς (ή εσύ ή κάποιος άλλος...) έχετε κάνει/έχουν κάνει την παράγραφο 1... 2 και την 3.... 4. ;-)) http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/lex/LexUriServ/site/en/oj/2005/... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 10 hrs (2008-09-09 08:12:44 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- The Greek translation of the directive keeps "δύνανται [...]" more simple (and more to the point). Εither you let your clients know you've got a "translation" of sorts and let them decide what to do or you: a. translate verbatim: δύνανται να καθορίσουν με όμοια με την παρούσα απόφαση: may be determined through similar to this (ministerial) decision (etc.) or b. you ignore your "source", and render the paragraph exactly the way its content was stipulated in the Directive. I would go for the second option, and add a TN for the benefit of the client -if it is possible with the type of documentation you are handling, or simply drop an email to the clients to inform them why I have opted for b. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 10 hrs (2008-09-09 08:39:40 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- :) The specific modalities are "όμοια" here (i.e. specific modalities -similar (and in accordance to) the guidelines, etc. (Btw: it is highly unlikely that the Greek OJ has the number of errors your text has. Are you sure it has been "copied" correctly? :( ;)) europa.eu.int/eur-lex/lex/LexUriServ/site/en/oj/2005/l_091/l_09120050409en00130019.pdf |
