neutral  Konrad Schultz: cubic und spline gehören zusammen wie auch curve und fit, aber nicht so direkt spline und curve; für die Anpassung einer Kurve sind i.a. mehrere Splines (Splinekurven); ist freilich Haarspalterei erforderlich
