Explanation:
Για το "quasi low" -> "σχεδόν χαμηλή" δεν έχω ιδιαίτερη επιφύλαξη. Δες π.χ. στο EN >GR λεξ. του Stan Gibilisco.
Στη φυσική, το "quasi" μεταφράζεται συνήθως "ημι-". Θα πρότεινα και το "ημιχαμηλή" αλλά δεν νομίζω ότι είναι δόκιμο.
Για το "drop-out" διατηρώ μια επιφύλαξη επειδή δεν δίνεις συγκείμενο.

Ένα είναι σίγουρο όμως, η γλώσσα δεν θα πρέπει να αποτελεί εμπόδιο στην επικοινωνία μεταξύ των Μηχανικών, διότι διαφορετικά....
