agree  Kirill Semenov: Активен в локальной сети. Но я согласен, это ближе к "подключен", т. е. формально зарегистрирован в локалке Возможно, "зарегистрирован" даже точнее. Денис, на физическом уровне обычно connected, но не plugged, разумеется, это только для электропитания
