Italian term or phrase: a dx
Particolare piano cottura 4 fuochi in linea, griglie in ghisa e comandi a dx, saldato.

This is from a kitchen catalog. I have no idea what "comandi a dx" could mean. I think it has something to do with the location of the controls. Has anyone seen this abbreviation before? So far, I have:

Distinctive welded cooktop with 4 in-line burners, cast-iron grates and ??? controls.

Thanks!
