Ici, on veut dire que le contrat est conclu sans la présence d'intermédiaire, donc sans représentation parfaite ou imparfaite (mandat, courtage, etc.). Contrat direct, en droit français, s'oppose au groupe (contrat principal + contrat de sous-traitance). Donc, la traduction "contrat conclu directement, c'est-à-dire sans l'intervention d'intermédiaires" permet de rendre compte de la fin de la phrase en cause. |
