Si tratta di agriturismi o case vacanza in campagna, non di hotels. Di solito sono strutture con 5-6 appartamenti, con o senza piscina.

Io ho tradotto spesso "struttura turistica" o "alberghiera" come "complejo turístico/hotelero", ma si da così l'idea di una struttura grande. Quindi in questo caso sceglierei "alojamiento" per una struttura più modesta.

Con "alojamientos turísticos" mi referivo al termine generico. Se stai chiedendo come si traduce "agriturismo" e simili, allora dipende: se si tratta di un piccolo albergho in campagna dove si fittano singole stanze, si chiama "hotel rural"; si invece si fitta l'intera casa di vacanze, allora "casa rural" va bene, come dice Maria Assunta.

La differenza principale è questa: se nella casa o gli appartamenti c'è servizio di ristorazione e personale che si occupa di fare la pulizia delle stanze, letti, ecc., allora parliamo di "hotel rural"; se invece si tratta di fittare l'intera casa o appartamento e tu ti devi fare da mangiare, pulire e quant'altro, allora si chiama "casa/albergue/cabaña rural". Certe volte "casa rural" si applica a tutte e due le modalità. E "alojamiento turístico" o "alojamiento rural" sarebbe un termine generico per indicare questi tipi di strutture di "turismo rural". Asker: Però qui si tratta di ua casa o fattoria di campagna divisa in vari appartamenti, non ho bisogno del termine agroturismo, che corrisponde all'italiano "agriturismo", ma di un termine che racchiuda il concetto di "struttura ricettiva" per una casa di "turismo rural" che può avere da due a 6-7 appartamenti. Non si tratta di hotels o camere, né di una struttura particolarmente grande. Pensi che alojamentos turisticos esprima bene questo concetto generico, ma riferito ai casi specifici indicati? Grazie mille

Explanation:
En Uruguay, y en el Río de la Plata, a este tipo de instalaciones en el campo, le llamamos estancias turísticas, pero se refiere por lo general a una casa grande y antigua reciclada y adaptada para este tipo de turismo.
Por apartamentos me inclino por "instalaciones turísticas".
