Yo suprimiría digital porque no existen tramas E1 de otro tipo que no sean digitales. De hecho, si el usuario final conoce de la materia, bastaría con poner E1s, ya que es siempre una unidad de tramado. favor notar que hasts los rusos aceptan esta aproximación! ;-)
