This is the entire string. It looks suspiciously like non-native English, although some IT types can't even write coherently in their native language. Any suggestions?

My real problem is, of course, what it supposed to mean in English....

Asker: Well, it's not really "possible" in the sense that "provide" is not 3ps, and "into" doesn't fit in either. But the English is so bad that I don't think it can be taken literally!

Pour moi je ne fais pas vraiment une différence entre configuration et environnement : comment est-ce que j'accède au ouèbe ? En tapant des mots-clés dans un champ, en causant dans un micro ? Etc.
