se SE - "Societas Europaea" Explanation: Un tipo de sociedad "comunitaria" dentro de la Unión Europea. Fíjate en esta explicación tomada del sitio del Parlamento europeo: Under the Regulation on the Statute for a European company (2157/2001, entry into force 8 October 2004), a company may be set up within the territory of the Community in the form of a public limited-liability company, known by the Latin name ‘Societas Europaea’ (SE). The SE will make it possible to operate at Community level while being subject to Community legislation directly applicable in all Member States. Several options are made available to undertakings of at least two Member States which want to set themselves up as an SE: merger, establishment of a holding company, formation of a subsidiary or conversion into an SE. http://www.europarl.eu.int/facts/3_4_2_en.htm Saludos, Cecilia Vela Segovia-Frund |
