The sentence reads: "In 2003 and 2004, the team began with the first component of its scheme -- the circular transactions -- by engaging in a number of fraudulent purchase and sales
transactions (which resulted in increased revenue and income) using its video libraries." Would anyone know a technical term for these "circular transactions" ? Thanks.
