I am native English speaker able to speak Norwegian. I completed and MA Translation at the University of Surrey, primarily translating  from Norwegian (Bokmål) to English. Through my masters I gained experience using CAT tools, subtitling and working with a translation company, gaining a great overall understanding of the translation industry which has given me the capacity to produce translations at a professional standard.

I also hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance which helped develop my good logical thought processing and analytical skills as well as giving me a wide range of knowledge of the industry. I am a fast learner and am able to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly, adapting quickly to new challenges and working well in high pressure environments.

My main fields of expertise are finance thanks to my education and technology because of outside interests though I am not limited to these fields. My masters degree taught me how to source information quickly and effectively meaning I am translate from a wide variety of fields.

I know how to work efficiently, meaning I can complete my tasks effectively and quickly. I am a confident individual is able to work well within a team, as a team player or taking charge when necessary as well as working independently.
