Source text - Arabic يوافق الطرفان على المحافظة على سرية المعلومات ومحتويات هذه الاتفاقية وكافة المعلومات المتبادلة بموجبها والمعلومات التي يتم الإفصاح عنها أو الحصول عليها والمتعلقة بالخدمات موضوع هذه الاتفاقية، ويستثنى من ذلك:
• المعلومات التي كانت بحوزة أي من الطرفين في الوقت الذي تم فيه الكشف عنها.
• المعلومات المتوفرة للعامة.
• المعلومات التي يتم تطويرها والحصول عليها من قبل طرف ثالث ولا يعتبر الكشف عنها خرقاً للاتفاقية.
• المعلومات التي يكشف عنها أي من الطرفين بموجب مرسوم ملكي او نظام الساري أو حكم قضائي.
Translation - English The Parties agree to keep confidential the information and contents of this Agreement, all and any information shared hereunder and the information disclosed or obtained in respect of the services subject matter of this Agreement, excluding:
● The information that was in the possession of either Party at the time of disclosure.
● The information already available in the public domain.
● The information that has been developed by or obtained from a third party and its disclosure does not stand as a breach of this Agreement.
● The information disclosed by either Party under a royal decree, applicable law or court order.
