Source text - English Pedagogy is the discipline that deals with the theory and practice of education; it thus concerns the study and practice of how best to teach. Its aims range from the general (full development of the human being via liberal education) to the narrower specifics of vocational education (the imparting and acquisition of specific skills).
In correlation with those instructive strategies, the instructor's own philosophical beliefs of instruction are harbored and governed by the pupil's background knowledge and experience, situation, and environment, as well as learning goals set by the student and teacher.
The teaching of adults, however, may be referred to as andragogy.
Translation - Russian Педагогика - это дисциплина о теории и практике обучения. Таким образом, она затрагивает изучение и практику лучших методик преподавания. Ее цели являются как широкими (разностороннее развитие личности посредством гуманитарного образования), так и более узкими, затрагивающими профессионально-техническое образование (приобретение особых навыков).
В соответствии с данными стратегиями обучения на личное философское видение преподавания у обучающего накладываются приобретенный опыт и знания ученика, его конкретная ситуация и окружение, а также цели обучения, установленные учеником и учителем.
Впрочем, преподавание взрослым может быть отнесено к области андрагогики.

Bio
My name is Olena and I have a diploma in Interpretation/Translation with specialization in English and French. My native languages are Russian and Ukrainian and at the moment I reside in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
I have a wide experience in translations and interpreting. I have worked in-house as a technical translator and interpreter at business meetings, on construction sites, in factory workshops for companies such as GSE Ukraine, MTG Ukraine and others. I work as a freelance interpreter at weddings, technological exhibitions, business meetings etc. I also cooperate with the dating agency “Love & Marriage” interpreting for French citizens during their meetings with local women.
The topics I cover are first of all Social Sciences, since I work as a part-time lecturer of French at KarazinNationalUniversity and have a PhD in Pedagogy on family upbringing in France. I also have experience translating business and company texts, operating manuals, technical articles and instructions and other documentation.
