Buenos días,
Espero que puedan ayudarme con una fórmula legal al inglés relacionada con una sentencia de divorcio: “este juzgado interpone su autoridad y judicial decreto”
“Se aprueba el convenio y modificaciones hechas por los solicitantes y transcrito en el considerando cuarto de esta sentencia, condenándose a los interesados a estar y pasar por el ahora y en todo este tiempo y lugar para lo cual este juzgado interpone su autoridad y judicial decreto, elevándola a la categoría de cosa juzgada.”
Mi intento: “… Under this ruling the interested parties are required to abide at all times and places for which this court states its legal authority and ruling, and states the matter as already settled in court.

: The addition I'd make to your suggestionis that, in U.S. courts, such a statement would be in present tense: '...the court hereby interposes its authority and judgement...'.
