מרשים. מיוחד. מלוטש. נאמר על אדם או תופעה.
I think it depends on context (who is saying it) but if you wanted a more neutral translation, then cool, amazing (perhaps too strong) are possibilities but if you want to keep the flavour (and markedness) of slang then "slick / smooth" work quite well, and help to convey Rosenthal's impressive and polished definitions.
