I am translating a company statute, which was executed several years ago.
In that time there was legal regulation the all companies that export smth. from Ukraine must sell, say 50% of its receipts in foreign currency.
So, the sentence below refers to this situation.
Is the word "allocations" ok here or can somebody advise a better option?

It's better to change allocation to distribution, something like this:
...procedure for currency distribution of export receipts shall be....
Here, two changes are made:
1-Drop "foreign" as "currency distribution" implies that there are at least two currencies (of which at least one is foreign).
2-Explicitly state what kind of receipts, i.e. "export receipts" as aforementioned.
