corte/incisión horizontal por encima del pubis

Lo digo por propia experiencia.
Corte o incisión son sinónimos, utilizar uno u otro.
El término bikini viene de "bikini line" aunque en castellano no se utiliza ese término de corte de bikini. Intuyo además que es una cesárea moderna, la de corte horizontal.
El término más técnico sería:
Cesárea de Stark o incisión de Joel Cohens: es el corte horizontal que se hace un poco más arriba del pubis.
