В облаках разных цветов – предположительно ортологические семейства. Друг к другу они относятся как паралоги. Также розовыми стрелками показаны паралоги. Семейства ортологов определены по корелляции данной ветви с ходом эволюции. Вопросы вызывают три позиции (снизу вверх) –
