: termin chyba bardziej z technologii żywienia, nie zaś asortymentu, poza tym surowce rzeźne dzielą się na szereg innych grup (jadalne, niejadalne, itp), jest to szerokie pojęcie. Tekst dotyczy wieprzowiny, tutaj dużo rezultatów dają "podroby wieprzowe".
