Szerintem az attorney itt nem ügyvédet jelent, hanem a "power of attorney" kifejezést takarja, magyarul az a meghatalmazott személy, aki másnevében intézkedhet bizonyos üzleti ügyekben/dokumentumokról stb. Ez a személy lehet jogi végzettségű is, de nem szükségszerű.
