Our body produces stress hormones, as they are called, in stress situations. Adrenaline is the most well known of these. Arterenone and cortisol are further stress hormones.

Norepinephrine

Norepinephrine is the correct term in English, I believe.

The exact scientific description of this hormone is actually 3,4-dihydroxyphenylketoethylamine. But the above term would be easier to use in a translation =)

Yes, norepinephrine is the same as arterenone, but that is not a Danish term. I just found this: Norepinephrin, også kaldet noradrenalin, so I guess we were both right. Thanks.

agree Jeanette Waldvogel : epinephrine/norepinephrine er foretrukken term in US English, hvorimod adrenaline/noradrenaline er UK english. Har aldrig hoert om arterenone.
