My various legal/business dictionaries offer 'non-commercial partnership' and 'non-trading company' for 'societe civile', so I thought I'd offer you these alternatives. 'Sans statut legal particulier' does not appear to have any standard legal meaning, so it should be OK just to translate it as is.

i know 'civil society' exists... I have used this formula for a group i have previously worked for, but it appears to depend on the actual organization in question given that there is some variation in statutes between countries (e.g. france versus the UK, canada, the US etc.
