I think you need to break the sentence down. I think the 'rapportés pour minute au notaire' refers to the statuts (not status) of the company (i.e. its articles of association). 'Minute' means original (official) copy, which is filed (in this case) with the notaire, who keeps it and issues official copies of it. So I think this sentence is saying that this company was created/formed/incorporated 'according to the terms of its articles of association, original copies deposited with the notary'.
Then I think the 'par acte du' refers to the document by which the company was formed/created.
