穿着者的美感
Unfutunately, we don't have an exact equevlent to the English word 'vision'. In this context, it refers to the self perspective of the weaver in a sepecific costume. The Chinese word ‘美感’means 'sense of beauty'. It could be visual but not exclusively. We also use it for music and poetry, even for good food. Combined with ‘穿着者’, it can convey the meaning of 'visual perspecitve of oneself'.

Comment: "Thanks for the help from all of you. In fact, the context is actually referring to the costume design for cartoon figures(e.g. Mickey Mouse, Snow White etc.) rather than for a human being. The company specializes in costume design for cartoon figures. It looks to me that the wearer may not have a self perspective about the costume s/he is wearing. I was suspecting that there might be a special terminology(jargon) in the costume design industry that corresponds to "wearer vision"....
Thank you all for the help all the same."

从衣者的视觉角度出发是服装设计的精髓
The key point in this translation is Wearer Vision, which means the designer should conceive the design as if he/she was the one who was going to wear the costume.
