Here is a possible translation made of three good words: ‘迪’means enlightening,‘思’means thinking,‘坦’means smooth (of land or road). It pronounces "di(2)si(1)tan(3)", very close to the English version. If it is a consultant or educational institute, this could be a good translation and the last character can be omitted to make it shorter and easier to remember. If it is a transportation or telecommunication company, you may like to omit the first word. If it is a computer software company, I would suggest ‘思代尔’。‘代’means 'in place of' or 'substitute',‘尔’means 'you'. I cannot be more creative because the lacking of information.
