OSC procedures
1. From the General Section of the ACD Editor pop-up window, select Contact Group Data
2. From the Filter Section of the ACD Editor pop-up window, select the following:
a. The date you wish to verify.
b. Split skill to be verified, found under Data Group.
3. Select OK. The next window will contain all information received from the switch for that Split Skill. Verify that this data is complete, and correct using ERS interval level reports, or CMS reports if ERS data is unavailable.
4. Enter any data that is missing, or incorrect.
5. Once done, save any changes, and close the window.
b. Normal NCO (Number calls offered) patterns

Siglas de Automatic Call Distribution, Distribución automática de llamadas. Creo que en español se usa la sigla en inglés, ACD, así que, si más adelante tienes ocasión de desarrollar la sigla, tal vez sea recomendable que lo hagas.
