Otra opción sería iniciar sesión y cerrar sesión. Viene muy bien como sinónimo si ya se ha utilizado conectar y desconectar para otros términos.

Las opciones de Cristina y Virginia son correctas, pero en general estos terminos estan relacionados con un cuadro de dialogo donde aparece la palabra en ingles: Login/Logoff, y todo el mundo que trabaja en este area sabe de que se trata. Yo como norma uso esta opcion, y ademas la primera vez que aparece en el manual entre parentesis explico de que se trata

just as the English uses two antonyms (on vs off), I believe the Spanish ought to as well.
In this sense the antonym of "iniciar" (start) is "finalizar" (finish)
and the antonym of "cerrar" (close) is "abrir" (open).
Undoubtedly these are the two options worth considering in Spanish, but as I say, I think they should be properly paired thus leaving the following two choices:
Iniciar / Finalizar sesión
Abrir / Cerrar sesión
My vote here would go for the first example.
