I believe, unluckily with a low confidence level, that the acronym NSA stands for “Número de Registro del Asociado”, “Member Registration Number”, but if you can, please do check with your client, because I am not sure.

Hi phil. The descriptions of the Peruvian Air Force don´t always match the acronyms they use. See above: "Nº de Registro (NSA)". I can´t explain the reason.
