2 months on, one month off cycle

As the recommend consumption is 20 days a month, this would be the euquivalent to 2 months on, one month off.
Example sentence:

You do need a break every so often. I found maintaining a 2 months on, one month off cycle the best, your mileage may vary

we recommend cycling this product 2 months on, one month off, in order to reduce the chance of developing a tolerance

Thank you.

agree neilmac : "Month on, month off" was what sprang to mind here…

Thanks Neil, yes, except 20 days out of 30 doesn't match that, although the source doesn't specify

Spanish term (edited): intercalar los meses de consumo y descanso

alternate (alternating) between months of intake and breaks

Fits syntactically and grammatically for the present participle or gerundive.

> intake and breaks rather than the longer-term weaning on to and off such supplements.

A high CL > confidence level by immodest British standards.

Example sentence:

This eating pattern involves consuming no calories on fasting days and alternating fasting days with a day of unrestricted food intake

Diet breaks are a popular dieting tool in evidence-based fitness circles.
