Hej,

I have a kind of köttbullar and köttbullar fylld med ost which are served or in bread or with french fries or with a mix salad

I can tell my clients that they can get köttbullarbröd, köttbullartallrik and köttbullarsallad. When I have köttbullar fylld med ost, I can call them köttbullar fylld med ost in bröd, but how can I say this in combination with tallrik and sallad? I think köttbullartallrik fylld med ost and köttbullarsallad fylld med ost isn´t correct.
