What I understand behind "seguridad temporal" i.e. "cámaras de seguridad temporales", where, in this latter case, "temporales" undoubtedly refers to "cámaras" and NOT to "seguridad" (note the plural form!), is "day and night security (cameras)” or “24-hour security (cameras)” or “round the clock security (cameras)”. In my opinion, “temporal” is a misleading term here and must refer to “day and night/24-hour”, and not to anything “temporary” or “provisional”, which is a contradiction in terms with the purpose that should be pursued by an “efficient” security company.
