I would call it “youth categories” because “júnior” is just one of them, so we need a more general term to include all categories under “senior”, not only junior. I think “youth categories” is a reasonable way to go here.

Artículo 22.-
1. Los jugadores serán clasificados en función de los siguientes criterios:
a) Su sexo.
b) Su edad.
c) La categoría de la competición en la que participe.
2. Para la presente temporada se establecen las siguientes edades masculinas y femeninas, según los siguientes años de nacimiento

SENIOR 2004 y ANTERIORES
SENIOR SUB-22 2001 – 2004
JUNIOR 2005 – 2006
CADETE 2007 – 2008
INFANTIL 2009 – 2010
PRE-INFANTIL 2010
MINIBASKET 2011 y posteriores

Al ser la edad Sub-22 una división de la edad senior, se entenderá también que la categoría junior es la inmediata inferior a la edad senior y, por tanto, los jugadores con licencia junior que se acojan a lo previsto en el Artículo 31 del presente Reglamento podrán alinearse en los encuentros de edad senior de su mismo Club. De igual forma se entenderá con los jugadores con licencia minibasket en relación con la categoría infantil.
