A person who conducts massage, acupuncture, and moxibustion for the purpose of improving employees' health is called a "health keeper" literally in Japanese.
I wonder if this person can be referred to as a "massage practitioner" or "massage therapist" collectively in English.
(My question is whether massage covers acupuncture and moxibustion).

I like massage therapist. Nobody will bat an eyelid if it's noted that acupuncture is offered as well, but health keeper might raise eyebrows.

I think this is best translated as is with possibly a foot note or some other added explanation for clarity.
Not all massage therapists learn acupuncture and not all acupuncturists learn massage therapy.

The problem with translating it as massage therapist is that health keeper, as you can see in the second link provided above, is a very specific term. It is something unique to Japan. If the translation does not require the reader to understand that aspect of the profession, translating it as massage therapist with the clarification that they can also do other things like acupuncture etc. might work. Here is another link I found with an alternate term to describe health keepers.
