Текст про турбины. Сначала думала, что file - это файл, но не сходится, не понимаю смысл...

2) File 7: The exhaust diffuser is close to the enclosure near file 7 and shall cross the enclosure without clashes. Consider an axial dilatation of 90mm maxi of the exhaust diffuser.
