English term

material risk

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Taxation & Customs Tax fraud

Ejemplos:

As there are no red flags, there is no material Tax Integrity risk present.

(...)the Enhanced Due Diligence can be finalized with the conclusion that the Tax Integrity risk is considered non-material.

Finalize Tax Integrity Enhanced Due Diligence with conclusion the risk is non-material

Finalize Tax Integrity Enhanced Due Diligence with the conclusion that the risk is material

This type of structure poses an acceptable non-material risk

Acceptable/non-material - Enhanced Due Diligence can be finalized with the conclusion that the Tax Integrity risk is considered non-material.

Is the Tax Expert opinion outcome acceptable/non-material?

significativo

Note from asker:
Gracias Mónica. Hasta ahora venía usando "sustancial" y "no sustancial". Quizás significativo sea mejor.
