O probatório é um documento articulado : must mean a single document.

To the asker: 'O probatório é um documento articulado' suggests to me a document or affidavit / statement of truth set out in articles or 'articulated' points. cf. em cada um dos pontos do probatório. So the possible permutation and combinations in Eng, that occured to me were 1. a bundle of evidence, but query: whose 2. an agreed, joint statement of evidence or 3. a 'proof of evidence' such as one taken from a witness - as oral or *written testimony* - for the purpose of a criminal trial in E+W.
E probatória se refere àquilo que pode ser utilizado como prova. Portanto a expressão dilação probatória corresponde literalmente ao adiamento do julgamento com fins de produzir provas.
The Joint Statement of Evidence shall contain a notation for each exhibit as to whether all parties agree as to the exhibit's authenticity or admissibility. (l) Non dispositive Pretrial Motions.

A Joint Statement of Evidence doesn't really state evidence. It is in tabular form and lists the documents produced in discovery and identifies the party that produced it, and any objections, etc. |
