Por la descripción del producto y por las fotografías, parece que simplemente son rollos de canela sin enrollar y con glaseado por encima. Es decir, una especie de fingers/bizcochitos de canela con glaseado (que no parece nada apetecible, por cierto). Yo optaría por una descripción del producto, ya que no hay una traducción "oficial".

El término rollo no es frecuente en repostería en castellano. Yo optaría por bizcocho, bollito o bollo (algo menos frecuente que bollito). Como comenta Irene más arriba, ¡las fotos tampoco son muy apetitosas!
