disagree Andrea Sacchi : No es un test de personalidad. Es una recomendación dada por alguien que te conoce fuera del ámbito laboral. En vez de hablar de tu experiencia laboral, dan fe de tu carácter y personalidad.

Es la primera opción que consideré (carta de recomendación) pero dudo que eso sirva como una referencia objetiva en el campo de seguros, pero podría ser. Por eso mi aclaración de que, al no ser mi campo, puse solo confianza media

Pueden ser también "informes sobre la reputación (financiera)" lo que tal vez se ajuste mejor al contexto de los seguros...
