• Always wear safety glasses, gloves and any other safety devices that will make your job safe.
• Locate Exchanger that needs repair and verify the need.
• Turn off steam to Exchanger and LOTO all valves.
• Isolate water make up and LOTO.
• Turn water side and tag valves.
• Turn off power to circulating pump and LOTO disconnect or breaker.
