I am translating a power of attorney from Ecuador. After the title of the document, there is this acronym, P.C.V., right before the contents of the document. For example:

Any possibility the doc has some connection with purchasing property? "Préstamos para Compra de Vivienda" perhaps? I found a few hits, but they all seem to be for Bolivia.

This a legal document from Ecuador. This acronym is written right at the beginning of the document. I assume it is a legal acronym from that country but I don't have any idea. Thanks!
