What are the Risks?
The main risk to investors is that the Discounted Loan Notes are not repaid by UK Lending Company.

ATE insurance does not pay out case costs plus return accrued AND
Capital Guarantor does not pay out protected capital sum AND
AAA Rated Bonds (currently JP Morgan issued) can not be sold and converted to cash
According to UK Lending Company’s own statistics, only one in five cases has been given sufficient merit to be processed.
