Help with phrases.

English to Spanish Other Education / Pedagogy
This two phrases: Old tricks from a new dog! and Nothing up his sleeve! appear in a cartoon about politicians.
There is a magician who says: Watch me eliminate taxes and the he throws into a bucket a paper which says "income tax" but the bucket says "property tax" meaning that the politician will convert income taxes into property taxes.
The audience says this above mentioned phrases.
