I've looked everywhere online and I cannot find out what HPM & SPM stand for, I've searched very thoroughly online, but can only find the acronyms themselves :-( . All I found was SPM meaning PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome) but this does not fit the context here, as the patient (female) is 68 years old...
