This is in the findings of a peripheral angiography.
I think this refers to the genicular arteries in the legs. Could it be that "infragenicular" refers to the group of genicular arteries?
Context:
En infragéniculé, les trois vaisseaux sont perméables.
The other confusing element is that there are six genicular arteries, so I'm not sure what the "three" refers to. Unless the "infra" in "infragéniculé" specifies three of the geniculars in particular?

These are three main 'infragenicular' arteries, i.e. those below the knee that supply the lower leg. I think it is likely that 'infragenicular' refers to these main arteries rather than the arteries around the knee joint.
